Who We Are

We are a B2B sales and marketing agency helping companies generate new business through outbound lead generation systems.

Our clients are primarily B2B companies across Europe looking to acquire customers through structured outbound campaigns.

We combine strategy, automation, AI workflows, and outbound systems to deliver measurable growth for our clients.


About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person to help manage and execute outbound campaign operations.

This is not a basic admin role. You will play a key role in building and managing the systems behind client acquisition campaigns, helping us scale internal operations and client delivery.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Building and managing ICP lead lists in Clay, including research, enrichment, and filtering
  • Supporting data scraping and enrichment workflows using tools such as Apify and Clay
  • Assisting with AI-powered personalization workflows and outbound automation systems
  • Launching and managing Smartlead outreach campaigns
  • Setting up and maintaining outreach infrastructure (inboxes, domains, deliverability)
  • Monitoring campaign performance, deliverability, and inbox health
  • Managing and organizing campaign replies / inbox workflows
  • Documenting and improving internal systems and workflows over time

Who We Are Looking For

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning and using technical tools/software
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Organized and process-driven
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Prior experience with operations, CRM, automation, or lead gen is a plus

Important Note

You do NOT need to have prior experience with every tool we use. We care more about analytical ability, attention to detail, willingness to learn quickly, and the ability to think critically. Training will be provided on our internal systems.
